This morning the scale told me that I weighed 337.3 lbs. (see photo to the left). This means that I’m down 0.2 lbs. since yesterday, and 12.5 lbs. overall.
I personally skipped breakfast this morning. The kids are off school today as it is veteran’s day, so I thought we would all get together and watch a movie together. I bought the family some “Chick-Fil-A” to munch on while we watched “Adams Family #2”. I had their “Cobb Salad” (see photo to the right) with their avocado-lime dressing. Not the lowest of calorie dressing I must say, but I sure like it.
Oh, and I had some “Ice Cream” as a follow up (see photo to the left). I sure do love that Walden Farms caramel syrup that I spread liberally on the top!
For dinner this evening I turned to the ole’ reliable “Egg White Sandwich” (see photo to the right). As you can tell from the photo I had the “heel” of the bread for one side of the sandwich. I find that this Aldi bread has heel slices that are slightly thicker for some reason.
Dinner crunch was supplied by some “Sour Cream & Onion Chips” (see photo to the left). It seems that they are putting fewer chips into these packages these days, I guess due to inflation.
Dessert this evening was some “Oatmeal” (see photo to the right), with a nice ripe banana on top. Of course I had to drizzle some more of the Walden Farms caramel syrup.
I sure do love having the rowing machine in the living room. I’m able to get on it and ride away while I watch the evening news. I’m thinking that I will start watching a series on Netflix and ride on it for an extra half hour or so each day while I watch the series. We’ll see if I actually get around to doing it… 🙂
