Day #0077 (Sat., Mar. 18, 2023) – Biscuit Kitchen!

2023-03-18 - Biscuit KitchenThis morning I was 340.6 lbs. This means I’m down 1.1 lbs. since yesterday and down 7.0 lbs. overall.

I had to run some errands this morning and ended up at our local biscuit kitchen. I picked up one of their breakfasts (see photo to the right). Not the healthiest of breakfasts, but it is what it is. Scrambled eggs, bacon, a big biscuit, coffee with cream and sugar.

Here’s what I had to eat today:

  • Biscuit Kitchen breakfast.
  • Coffee with cream and sugar.
  • Papa John’s pizza.
  • Cupcake.
  • Popcorn.
  • “Strong” Coffee with oat milk.

I’m bound and determined to get back to healthy eating tomorrow. Let’s see how it goes…
