Day #0078 (Sun., Mar. 19, 2023) – Turkey Sandwich!

2023-03-19 - Turkey SandwichAfter yesterday’s horrible day of eating, I weighed in at 343.9 lbs. this morning. This means I’m up 3.3 lbs. since yesterday, but down 3.7 lbs. overall.

I started off this morning having a nice turkey sandwich (see photo to the right).  Two slices of toasted Aldi bread.  Some deli turkey, egg whites, and a slice of cheese.  A bit of hummus and miracle whip shouldn’t hurt much, right?

Here’s what I had to eat today:

  • Two turkey sandwiches (see photo to the right).
  • Diet cola.
  • Baked potato.
  • Sweet potato.
  • Cherry cobbler (made with sugar-free cherry pie filling).
  • Coffee with oat milk.

So, not a bad day of eating.  Let’s see how this cherry cobbler I’m making affects my weight moving forward.  The only ingredients are “sugar free” cherry pie filling, oats, and a banana.  Simple enough, but you have to make sure you don’t eat too much!
