Day #0076 (Fri., Mar. 17, 2023) – Chicken Burgers!

This morning I weighed in at 340.6 lbs. This means I’m down 1.1 lbs. since yesterday and down 7.0 lbs. overall.

I was thinking of eating “well” today, but it was not to be… I kept thinking about my son’s birthday party tomorrow and how I probably wouldn’t be eating well at that, and well, one thing lead to another, and my “bad day of eating” was off and running. Want an example? I had two chicken burgers for breakfast (see photo to the right). I made them myself, so it was healthier than buying them out, but not very healthy nonetheless.

Here’s what I had to eat today:

  • Two chicken burgers (see photo to the right).
  • Diet cola.
  • Potato chips.
  • Two hamburgers.
  • Diet cola.
  • Fig newton’s (lots of them).
  • Coffee with oat milk.

Tomorrow is another day.  A birthday party day, so let’s see how well I eat…  I’m thinking the “day after tomorrow” I will get back on track…
