This morning I was 340.6 lbs. This means I’m down 1.1 lbs. since yesterday and down 7.0 lbs. overall.
I had to run some errands this morning and ended up at our local biscuit kitchen. I picked up one of their breakfasts (see photo to the right). Not the healthiest of breakfasts, but it is what it is. Scrambled eggs, bacon, a big biscuit, coffee with cream and sugar.
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Biscuit Kitchen breakfast.
- Coffee with cream and sugar.
- Papa John’s pizza.
- Cupcake.
- Popcorn.
- “Strong” Coffee with oat milk.
I’m bound and determined to get back to healthy eating tomorrow. Let’s see how it goes…
