Day #0074 (Wed., Mar. 15, 2023) – Just Potatoes!

2023-03-15 - Just PotatoesI weighed in this morning at 340.8 lbs., so I’m down 1.1 lbs. since yesterday and 6.8 lbs. overall.

I thought that I would start off today’s eating by having some potatoes (see photo to the right).  I threw both regular potatoes and sweet potatoes in the air fryer and voila!  Add a bit of “buttery spray” and some cheese sprinkles and you’re good to go.

Here’s what I had to eat today:

  • Potatoes, sweet and regular (see photo to the right).
  • Diet cola.
  • Salad, cabbage and lettuce, hummus, pickles, and mayo/relish/ketchup dressing.
  • Low-carb wrap with veggies and deli turkey.
  • Diet cola.
  • Coffee with oat milk.

Fig cookies and vanilla wafers (oh oh)…

I ate pretty good today for the most part, but I did get into the cookies a bit later on in the day.  Let’s hope the scale doesn’t punish me for this tomorrow!  See you then…
