I weighed in this morning at 340.8 lbs., so I’m down 1.1 lbs. since yesterday and 6.8 lbs. overall.
I thought that I would start off today’s eating by having some potatoes (see photo to the right). I threw both regular potatoes and sweet potatoes in the air fryer and voila! Add a bit of “buttery spray” and some cheese sprinkles and you’re good to go.
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Potatoes, sweet and regular (see photo to the right).
- Diet cola.
- Salad, cabbage and lettuce, hummus, pickles, and mayo/relish/ketchup dressing.
- Low-carb wrap with veggies and deli turkey.
- Diet cola.
- Coffee with oat milk.
Fig cookies and vanilla wafers (oh oh)…
I ate pretty good today for the most part, but I did get into the cookies a bit later on in the day. Let’s hope the scale doesn’t punish me for this tomorrow! See you then…
