This morning my weight was still down! I weighed in at 341.2 lbs., which means I’m down 0.7 lbs. since yesterday, and 5.5 lbs. overall.
I thought that I would try something a bit different today, my own version of the “Elvis Presley Sandwich” (see photo to the right). His was much more elaborate, but for my take on this classic I had some PB2 and a banana inside two slices of Aldi Keto bread. I then “air fried” this in the air fryer. It was delish, but next time I would cut the time down from 6 minutes to 4 minutes. It was a bit too crunchy for my taste.
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- “Big Breakfast” with potatoes, egg whites, peppers, cheese, and Aldi toast with PB2.
- Diet cola.
- Salad with cabbage, lettuce, lite mayo, ketchup, and relish.
- Diet cola.
- “Elvis Presley” sandwich (see photo to the right).
- Coffee with oat milk.
No exercise today. My allergies are really getting to me these days, I can barely get out of bed… Alas, it doesn’t seem to have affected my appetite any. See you tomorrow at the scale!
