This morning the scale beamed back a respectable 337.3 lbs. This means that I’m down 3.5 lbs. since yesterday, and down 10.3 lbs. overall.
I thought I would take the opportunity to show you a side view of one of the delicious toasted egg white and cheese sandwiches that I make (see photo to the right). If you happen to notice that the bread looks different that in previous photos you have a very observant eye. This bread was made by Trader Joe’s, and has a much more “grainy texture” than the bread that I usually pick up at Aldi.
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Egg white sandwich.
- “Air fried” potatoes.
- Diet cola.
- Salad with “Green Goddess” dressing.
- Bag of “Sour Cream & Onion” potato chips.
- Tomato soup.
- Four vanilla sandwich cookies.
- Coffee with sugar-free creamer (the last of it).
Tomorrow is another day. I plan to eat better! See you at the scale!
