My weight was up this morning, and I was not too hungry, so I decided to wait to eat my first meal of the day. When I did weigh myself, early this afternoon, the scale said I weighed 336.2 lbs. (see photo to the left). This means that although I have gained 1.2 lbs. since yesterday, I have lost 13.6 lbs. overall since I started this program over sixty days ago!
I thought I would start off today’s food list by showing the “Salad Dressing” that I make (see photo to the right). It’s made of equal parts lite mayo, ketchup, and relish. Kind of like a McDonald’s Big Mac sauce, or Thousand Islands Dressing. Delish!
Oh, that dressing I just mentioned? It made a great addition to the salad I had for my first meal of the day (see photo to the left). Cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and some grated cheese. Very delish!
I gotta have some crunch with my salad, right? See those Lay’s “Sour Cream & Onion” in the photo to the right? Well, they fit the bill!
For my dinner meal today I got into the burritos again. I thought I would show the burrito mixture that I made up to make the main filling (see photo to the left). The main ingredients are potatoes and canned chili. I also added some black beans and Vienna sausages.
So into a wrap the burrito mixture went (see photo to the right). Add some salad greens, red pepper, and some grated cheese and you are good to go!
Next up was dessert, and I had a special treat this evening. A “Whole Milk Toasted Coconut Vanilla Greek Yogurt” (see photo to the left). What a tasty little dessert. I’m going to have to pick up more of these tasty little items when I go to Aldi.
The photo to the right shows the apple that I downed next. Big, red and juicy. The bananas I picked up at Aldi are getting more yellow, but they are not there yet…
I can’t finish up the day’s eating without an ice cream, right? Well, up next is a frozen “Arctic Bar” (see photo to the left).
Exercise seems like a distant memory these days, but I do seem to be stronger today. Once I feel 100% I’m pretty sure I’ll get back into the exercise regimen. I’m looking forward to doing ab work as I think strengthening my abs will help with the loose skin issue that a lot of people complain about when they lose a lot of weight.
That’s it for tonight folks. When you don’t start eating till later in the day there is less food to talk about, right? 🙂 Oh, my coffee is ready! Gonna down a cup with some sugar-free creamer and hit the hay.
See you tomorrow!
