This morning I weighed in at 340.3 lbs. So, I’m actually up 0.6 lbs. since yesterday. The good news is that I’m still down 7.3 lbs. since I started the diet 60 days ago today…
Are you familiar with “The Elvis Presley sandwich”? Apparently Elvis loved these, so I thought that I would make my own. His version was a banana and some peanut butter between two slices of bread. My version is very similar, but I do swap out the peanut butter for PB2 powder, and use Keto bread as it is lower in calories. Delish!
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Big Breakfast (with deli cheese and a singles cheese slice).
- Coffee with sugar-free creamer.
- Turkey sandwich.
- “The Elvis Presley” sandwich.
- Diet Dr. Pepper soda.
- Two hot dogs.
- Turkey sandwich.
- Coffee with sugar-free creamer.
