Day #0059 (Tue., Feb. 28, 2023) – Add Carrots!

2023-02-28 - Add Carrots339.7 lbs.! That’s what the scale told me this morning. So, I’m still at the same weight as yesterday, meaning I’m down a total of 7.9 lbs. overall.

I had another “Big Breakfast” this morning, with a bit of a twist. Instead of celery with PB2 I had some carrots (see photo to the right).  I also added a couple of slices of deli turkey.

Things were good for most of the day, but the evening was hectic and my eating plan fell apart.  Here’s what I had to eat today:

  • Big Breakfast with carrots.
  • Diet Dr. Pepper soda.
  • McDonald’s 2 cheeseburger meal.
  • Chicken nuggets and fries.
  • Diet Dr. Pepper soda.
  • Coffee with sugar-free creamer.

Didn’t have time to do any exercise today.  I need to make it more of a priority in my life.

Let’s see how much the scale says tomorrow morning.  Not gonna be pretty!  Bet I’m going to pay for this afternoon/evening’s eating mishaps.
