Day #0046 (Wed., Feb. 15, 2023) – PB2!

2023-02-15 - PB2I weighed in at 329.10 lbs. This means I’m down 1.3 lbs. since yesterday, and 18.5 lbs. since I started this particular phase of my diet program 46 days ago.

I had to go to the doctor this morning so I didn’t eat till I got home. I have been eating a total vegetarian diet for the past week as I had to get my cholesterol done. For my first meal this morning I had some PB2 powder (see photo to the right). This particular version is also fat-free, but it sure helps with a craving for peanut butter. I had this with some sugar-free raspberry jam on a couple of slices of Keto bread. Yum!

Here’s what I had to eat today:

  • Egg whites, Keto bread, PB2, and sugar-free raspberry jam.
  • Diet cola.
  • Egg whites, Keto bread, PB2, and sugar-free raspberry jam.
  • Diet cola.
  • Low-carb tortilla, salad mix, hamburger, guacamole.
  • Coffee with oat milk.

I might have had too many differing foods today…  The scale will tell me tomorrow.  See you then.
