This morning I weighed 334.6 lbs. I lost 0.4 lbs. since yesterday, which means I’m down 13.0 lbs. overall.
The photo to the right shows how I started my day today. Four drumsticks in the air fryer with some bacon on top. I needed to eat a huge salad afterwards to counteract this large amount of protein.
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- The drumsticks and bacon shown in the photo to the right.
- A large salad with lettuce, oil & vinegar dressing, peppers, pickles, and blue cheese.
- Two pork chops with a small salad.
- Shrimp with mayo.
- Belle Via water (3 of them today).
- Three more drumsticks with mayo this evening.
That’s it for today folks. It was a busy day so I didn’t get a change to read any of “The Life Plan”, but I will be able to get to it while waiting in the line to pick my boy up from school tomorrow.
