This morning my weight was down to 340.6 lbs., which is great. Hopefully cutting out all this sugar and carbs in my diet will work “BIG TIME” each and every day. So I’m down 3.7 lbs. since yesterday and 7.0 lbs. overall.
I made something rather fancy this afternoon, as you can see in the photo to the right. Onion wedges wrapped in bacon and “air fried”. I thought that the onion might be rather hard and “rawish” tasting, but it was moist and delish with all that bacon fat drippings. I would recommend it in the future!
So I purchase this Kindle book this afternoon from Amazon. It’s called “The Life Plan: How Any Man Can Achieve Lasting Health, Great Sex, and a Stronger, Leaner Body” by Jeffrey Life. He looks amazing at his age and I think if I work at it I should “hopefully” be able to have the same results? We’ll see… I’m also thinking I might join a gym. Weight training is a key to losing weight and if I join a gym I can lift heavier weights without the risk of them falling on me.
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Greek salad with hamburger and mustard topping.
- Carbonated mineral water.
- Onions wrapped in bacon with a salad (see photo to the right).
- Another carbonated mineral water.
- Large black coffee.
That’s it for today. Tomorrow starts with another exciting day at the scale!
