Day #0003 (Tue., Dec. 20, 2022) – Weight: 344.1 lbs., Total Loss: 7.7 lbs., Score: 5/7!

2022-12-20 - Weigh InI weighed in at 344.1 lbs. this morning (see photo to the left). This means that I’m down 1.5 lbs. since yesterday, and 7.7 lbs. since I started this diet.

Here’s how I did today! The following rules are based in order of importance…

[Yes/No] Rule #1: Spend your day focusing on something other than food.  You will save a lot of time not having to prep during this plan, so what will you spend your time on?

Have you ever heard of a “Santa Clause Rally”?  I hadn’t till recently.  At any rate, it’s where stocks rally just before Christmas till early January.  I decided to compile a list this afternoon to see “potentials”…  That kept me quite busy…

[Yes/No] Rule #2: I can only eat for 8 hours a day maximum.  This means that I will be fasting for a minimum of 16 hours each day.

I started eating just after noon today, and finished at 7 pm, so I spent just under 7 hours eating today.

[Yes/No] Rule #3: I [did] [did not] adhere to the following allowed eating guidelines today.

2022-12-20a - Steak & SaladDuring my eating hours I will be staying away from sugar and bread.

I started off today’s eating with a wonderful “Steak & Salad” (see photo to the right).  Surprisingly, I didn’t feel like having dessert today.  Is this “no sugar” diet causing my lack of a desire for sugar?

2022-12-20b - Steak & SaladThis evening I duplicated what I had for lunch, it was that delish (see photo to the left).  Notice the tablespoon of peanut butter and the blue cheese crumbles?

2022-12-20c - Yogurt & BlueberriesI did have some dessert this evening, even though I skipped dessert for lunch.  A nice big bowl of Greek yogurt with the rest of the blueberries I bought the other day (see photo to the right).

[Yes/No] Rule #4: Each day I will have my daily vitamins.

Yes, I took my daily vitamins today.

[Yes/No] Rule #5: I will drink at least 3 cups of water each day.

I drank 3+ cups of water throughout the day today.

[Yes/No] Rule #6: I will exercise for 30 minutes each day, whether a cardio or weights or abs workout.

It was cold outside, and I didn’t get onto the rowing machine, so no exercise today.

[Yes/No] Rule #7: I will spend at least some time doing TM or meditation today.

Nope…  I didn’t get any TM or meditation in today.
