This morning the scale beamed back the horrible number 344.5 lbs. Can it be that I’m up 7.2 lbs. since yesterday, and down 3.1 lbs. overall.
I didn’t eat till this afternoon, but once I did, I didn’t eat well… It was my son’s birthday and I happened to take him to McDonalds on an empty stomach… McDonald’s fries (see photo to the right).
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Big Mac
- Filet-o-Fish
- McDonald’s Fries
- Coke
- Birthday Cake
- Potato Chips
So much for good eating. Today is not a good example. Let’s try again tomorrow…
