My weight is down again today! Yippee!!! I weighed in at 238.9 lbs., which means I’m down 1.1 lbs. since yesterday, and 18.7 lbs. overall.
The photo to the right shows the finished “Potato Chip” project fresh out of the air fryer. Looks good eh? Nice and golden brown. I sprayed a bit of olive oil on the skewers this time so that they will slide off smoothly. These are even better with some ketchup.
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Bowl of vegetable soup.
- Potato chips.
- Diet cola.
- Potato chips.
- Bowl of vegetable soup.
- Diet cola.
I can’t believe that I’m losing all this weight without working out… It’s amazing what a vegetarian diet can do. I think at some point I’m going to gradually add an item or two to see how that affects my weight.
