I weighed in at 347.6 lbs. this morning (see photo to the left). This means that I’m down 2.9 lbs. since yesterday, and 4.2 lbs. since I started this diet 12 days ago.
Here’s how I did today! The following rules are based in order of importance…
[Yes/No] Rule #1: Spend your day focusing on something other than food. You will save a lot of time not having to prep during this plan, so what will you spend your time on?
I spent a lot of time today trying to figure if the stocks will go up or down in the next few days.
[Yes/No] Rule #2: I can only eat for 8 hours a day maximum. This means that I will be fasting for a minimum of 16 hours each day.
Yep. Started after 1 pm and finished just before 9 pm. Just under 8 hours.
[Yes/No] Rule #3: I [did] [did not] adhere to the following allowed eating guidelines today.
During my eating hours I will be staying away from sugar and bread.
“Steak & Potatoes” was my first meal of the day, shortly after 1 pm. I’m continued to be amazed at how great the air fryer makes potatoes (see photo to the right). I overdid the steak a bit though…
“Diet Cola” was what I used to wash the meal down. Summit Diet Cola to be more exact (see photo to the left).
“Steak & Salad” was what I had for my evening meal. Lots of hummus, kale, and a yellow pepper. I did the steak right this time (see photo to the right).
I did have time for dessert today, and “Yogurt, Banana, and Blueberries” was it (see photo to the left).
[Yes/No] Rule #4: Each day I will have my daily vitamins.
I did take my daily vitamins today.
[Yes/No] Rule #5: I will drink at least 3 cups of water each day.
I drank 3+ cups of water throughout the day today.
[Yes/No] Rule #6: I will exercise for 30 minutes each day, whether a cardio or weights or abs workout.
I spent NO time exercising today. Bad on me…
