I weighed in at 348.1 lbs. this morning (see photo to the left), which is up 2.1 lbs. since yesterday, and down 3.7 lbs. since I started this diet 10 days ago.
Here’s how I did today! The following rules are based in order of importance…
[Yes/No] Rule #1: Spend your day focusing on something other than food. You will save a lot of time not having to prep during this plan, so what will you spend your time on?
I had to get my car inspected today, so that took up the afternoon. The kids are home from school this week, so we had fun playing as well.
[Yes/No] Rule #2: I can only eat for 8 hours a day maximum. This means that I will be fasting for a minimum of 16 hours each day.
Total hours eating: “WAY TOO MANY” hours.
[Yes/No] Rule #3: I [did] [did not] adhere to the following allowed eating guidelines today.
During my eating hours I will be staying away from sugar and bread.
I started off eating today with some of the “Christmas Captain Crunch” cereal that I picked up at Harris-Teeter. Tastes the same as the original Captain Crunch, but with festive colors (see photo to the right).
“Fish & Chips” were on the menu for lunch today (see photo to the left). You can also see the cupcake that I had for dessert as well.
For my snack this afternoon I had a “Jimmy John’s Biscuit” (see photo to the right). Hard little sucker to heat up just right as cheese heats up differently than meat.
For my dinner meal I had a “Chicken Pot Pie” (see photo to the left). That’s it for these little pies as I just finished the last one that was in our freezer. The kids didn’t take to them like we thought they would, so I don’t think we will be getting more.
“Dessert” is always on the menu at our house, and the Christmas cookies and cupcakes hit the spot this evening (see photo to the right).
[Yes/No] Rule #4: Each day I will have my daily vitamins.
Yes, I did take my daily vitamins today.
[Yes/No] Rule #5: I will drink at least 3 cups of water each day.
I drank 3+ cups of water throughout the day today.
[Yes/No] Rule #6: I will exercise for 30 minutes each day, whether a cardio or weights or abs workout.
I spent 0 hours doing any sort of exercise today.
[Yes/No] Rule #7: I will spend at least some time doing TM or meditation today.
I did 0 minutes of TM or meditation today as well.
