2022-11-16a - Salad

Day #0104 (Wed., Nov. 16, 2022) – Total Down: 12.3 lbs.!

2022-11-16 - Weigh InI didn’t start eating till this afternoon, and weighed myself just before then. I weighed 337.5 lbs. (see photo to the left), which means I am up 1.6 lbs. since yesterday, but I’m still down 12.3 lbs. overall.

2022-11-16a - SaladToday’s eating, which actually started in the afternoon, started off with a wonderful salad (see photo to the right).  Grape leaf Dolmas and olives were the star attraction.  I also opened up a can of corn and some beans.

2022-11-16b - Sandwich1Not to be outdone by the salad I had an “Egg White Sandwich” (see photo to the left).  Two very thin slices of Aldi deli turkey along with a cheese slice added into the mix.

2022-11-16c - Sandwich2That sandwich was so good that I decided I would have another.  I took a closeup of the “inners” as you can see in the photo to the right.

2022-11-16d - SoupFor dinner tonight “Tomato Soup” sure hit the spot.  You can see it twirling around in the microwave in the photo to the left.  I usually add 3/4 of a can of water to the condensed soup and mix it around before microwaving.

2022-11-16e - Sandwich3Three times the charm when it comes to sandwiches!  I had yet another “Egg White Sandwich” as you can see in the photo to the right.

I was reading where intermittent fasting is good if you want to live longer.  From a dieting perspective the longer I wait till I start eating the less food I will consume during the day, so my weight will go down.  You still have to make sure that you don’t plurge on high calorie foods like chips, cookies and cakes though.

For exercise today I spent 15 minutes playing with the boy a combo game of hockey/soccer.

See you tomorrow at the scale, maybe in the afternoon again!
