2022-10-11g - Fruit Snacks

Day #0068 (Tue., Oct. 11, 2022) – Total Down: 13.9 lbs.!

2022-10-11 - Weigh InI got up early this morning for a change and weighed in at 335.9 lbs. (see photo to the left). 2022-10-11a - Chef Boy-Ar-DeeThis means that I’m down 1.8 lbs. since yesterday, and am down 13.9 lbs. overall for the diet as a whole.

One of the bad things about getting up early is the fact that you tend to eat early, which is in fact what I did today. Eating of itself is not bad, but I got into the packaged foods, which is not good. In particular, these little microwave jars of Chef Boy-Ar-Dee Spaghetti, Ravioli, Beefaroni, and Lasagna. I haven’t had anything like this in a while, so I sampled a couple during breakfast along with some low-cal bread and hummus.  2022-10-11b - CrunchYou can see one of these tasty meals in the photo to the right.  The bad part is that I had THREE of these little bowls!

For that “Bit of Crunch” I turned to the ole’ reliable original potato chips (see photo to the left).

2022-10-11c - Apple CobblerI got into the “Apple Cobbler” for my first dessert of the day.  I added some gelato to the top for that extra bit of creaminess (see photo to the right).

2022-10-11d - ReesesI was “hankering” for some chocolate so I headed for the “Reese’s” (see photo to the left).

2022-10-11e - DoritosOkay, so I really got off my diet plan today.  I’m not exactly sure why, but I did…  A bit frustrated with the fact that my weight has been a bit up and a bit down as of late perhaps.  Have you heard of “free days” before, where you eat whatever you want and go back on your diet plan the day after?  Well, this turned out to be one of those, but those have never worked out well for me in the past.  At any rate, I had yet another bag of chips, this time the “Nacho” flavored ones (see photo to the right).

2022-10-11h - DinnerI don’t think I ever showed my whole dinner in a photo before, did I?  At any rate, let me solve this now…  In the photo to the left you can see everything that I had for dinner this evening, and it was a lot.  I started off the dinner with a cup of the microwave ravioli, and accompanied that with a slice of rye bread and some cream cheese on top.  Moving right along to the crunch phase, I had another bag of the “Nacho Cheese” chips.  For desert I had the last Rice Krispy Square from the dish I made for the kids the other day.  I topped that all off with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.

Quite the dinner!  Quite the day!  I’m sure that I’ll pay for it all tomorrow, but we’ll see exactly the price that I need to pay.
