This morning I weighed in at 340.10 lbs. So I’m down 0.2 lbs. since yesterday, and 7.50 lbs. since the diet began 61 days ago…

Today started off pretty good eating wise, but then I took my son to McDonalds and well, things got off the rails…
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Big Breakfast with deli chicken & a slice of cheese.
- Diet Dr. Pepper.
- Cup Froot Loops.
- Big Mac meal.
- McChicken.
- Coke.
- Two cinnamon buns.
Alas, no exercising today either…
