Day #0039 (Wed., Feb. 8, 2023) – Add Some Meat!

2023-02-08 - Hamburger & PotatoAll that chocolate cake last night was going to cause pain this morning, right? Well, it did… I weighed in at 338.1 lbs., which means I’m up a whopping 4.2 lbs. since yesterday, although I’m still down 9.5 lbs. overall.

I added some hamburger to my morning meal this morning (see photo to the right). Along with some potatoes, a salad, and some corn, it was quite the breakfast.

Here’s what I had to eat today:

  • Hamburger, potatoes, salad, and ketchup.
  • Diet cola.
  • Salad with chicken and Stilton cheese.
  • Diet cola.
  • Two chicken drumsticks, salad, blue cheese, and Italian light dressing.
  • Diet cola.
  • Coffee with oat milk.

I had too much diet cola today.  I really should drink more water.

I’m thinking I’m going to join the gym and start to implementing “The Real Plan”.  I need to find a diet that is satisfying and low-cal, and I think it might be it.  Add some resistance training to the mix and I should be good to go.  Hope so…
