Instead of waiting till this afternoon I had breakfast this morning as well, despite the fact that I weighed in at 335.5 lbs., which is the same weight that I was yesterday morning. Oh well, at least my weight is not up. Having said that, I’m down 12.1 lbs. overall on this diet, the same as I was yesterday.
I started off my eating plan this morning with an astronaut’s breakfast, steak and eggs (see photo to the right). At least that’s what I’m told that the astronauts used to eat on the Apollo program before a big launch.
I finished the dieting chapters of “The Life Plan” this afternoon. I’m now moving into the exercise section.
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Steak & Eggs on top of a hearty salad.
- Belle Via carbonated soda.
- “Air Fried” Chicken with sugar-free ketchup.
- “Air Fried” Chicken with a salad (lettuce, cabbage, blue cheese, pickles, oil & vinegar dressing)
- Coffee with cream.
