I weighed in at 335.9 lbs. this morning. This means that I’m down 0.7 lbs. since yesterday, and 11.7 lbs. since I started this diet 27 days ago. That means I’ve lost 4.33 lbs. per day! Pretty nice!
You can see the pork chops with mayo that I had for my lunch in the photo to the right. Feta cheese, cabbage, and olives were in the mix as well.
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Pork chips, feta cheese, cabbage, olives, and mayo.
- Belle Via to wash it down.
- Bacon wrapped onions, cabbage, olives, feta cheese.
- Pork chops (some more)…
- Coffee with cream.
I uses those little strips to check on if I am in ketosis, and it’s the “reddest” it has been since I started one week ago, so it’s working. I really don’t crave sugar any more, which is one of the best things about this diet. Sugar is really bad as once you have a bit, you want more and more… Best to stay totally away from it.
I’m still working through the book “The Real Plan”. Still in the diet section. Thinking of how to transition from my current rather “Keto Diet” to the “Real Plan Diet”… Add a few more good carbs, and cut back or down on the fatty proteins.
