This morning the scale’s reading was 337.5 lbs., meaning I’m down 0.6 lbs. since yesterday, and down 10.1 lbs. overall.
The photo to the right shows some of the chicken drumsticks that I made in the air fryer this evening. The white stuff is mayo. I’m continually amazed at how great the air fryer is, and how almost anything you put into it comes out great.
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Chicken drumsticks on a bed of lettuce and cabbage, mayo, avocado, green peppers, and oil & vinegar dressing.
- Belle Via carbonated soda.
- More chicken drumsticks on a bed of lettuce and cabbage, mayo, avocado, green peppers, and oil & vinegar dressing.
- Belle Via carbonated soda.
- Coffee with REAL cream!
I’m gradually working through the book, “The Life Plan”, that I purchased the other day. I’m planning to finish reading it before I start my exercise regimen.
