2022-12-03d - Yogurt

Day #0007 (Sat., Dec. 3, 2022) – 342.1 lbs., Down: 1.3 lbs., 4/5!

2022-12-03 - Weigh InI weighed in at 342.1 lbs. this morning (see photo to the left). This means that I’m down 0.7 lbs. since yesterday, and 1.3 lbs. since I started this diet.

Here’s how I did today!

Rule #1: I can only eat for 8 hours a day maximum.  This means that I will be fasting for a minimum of 16 hours each day.

2022-12-03a - WingsI started today’s eating shortly after noon, and finished around 7:30 pm, so that equates to about 7 1/2 hours overall.  Well below my 8 hour allotment.

My first item on the menu this morning was chicken wings, made in the air fryer (see photo to the right).  Buffalo wings would be better, but with blue cheese dressing these are quite tasty as well.

Next up was a handful, okay, an extra large handful, of peanuts (see photo to the left).

2022-12-03c - PancakesStill hungry, I thought that I would have some of the chocolate chip pancakes that I get for my son (see photo to the right).  Maple syrup and a dab of whip cream.  Quite tasty!

2022-12-03d - YogurtI have quite a few bananas from Aldi.  Okay, I overbought.  We seem to have this issue with bananas…sometimes they go bad and other times we don’t have enough.  At any rate, I downed two of them with some yogurt to finish off my lunch time eating session (see photo to the left).

2022-12-03f - Ice CreamI had to go to Walmart to run some errands, so I stopped off at McDonald’s on the way there.  First up, an ice cream cone (see photo to the right).  Okay, it should have been my dessert, but it was melting…

2022-12-03e - BurgerSo, after the ice cream, I had my McDonald’s burger next (see photo to the left). Tasty, but oh so caloric…

2022-12-03g - SubWhile at Walmart I picked up a sub (see photo to the right).  When I got home I added some lite mayo and some cucumber slices to make it extra tasty.

2022-12-03h - Reese'sTo finish off my evening eating routine I had some of my daughter’s Reese’s “football” treats (see photo to the left).

Rule #2: During the 16 hours I am fasting I am allowed zero calorie beverages like tea and coffee with some creamer.  I am also allowed zero calorie sodas and water of course.
I had a cup of coffee with some sugar-free French vanilla creamer this morning.  This evening I finished off my sugar-free Cinnamon flavored creamer in another cup of coffee.

Rule #3: Each day I will have my daily vitamins.
Daily vitamins today?  Checkerino!

Rule #4: I will drink at least 3 cups of water each day.
Affirmative!  I drank 3 cups of water throughout the day today.

Rule #5: I will exercise for 30 minutes each day, alternating between: cardio + weights, and cardio + abs workouts.
This evening I didn’t do too well on the exercise regimen.  I did a bit of cardio, but not 30 minutes.  I need to start doing my exercise in the morning!
