2022-11-30f - McDonalds

Day #0004 (Wed., Nov. 30, 2022) – 344.3 lbs., Up: 0.9 lbs., 5/5!

2022-11-30 - Weigh InI weighed in at 344.3 lbs. this morning (see photo to the left). This means that I’m actually down 0.4 lbs. since yesterday, and this means I’m up 0.9 lbs. since I started this diet.  Definitely not going in the right direction!

Here’s how I did today!

Rule #1: I can only eat for 8 hours a day maximum.  This means that I will be fasting for a minimum of 16 hours each day.

2022-11-30a - Hickory SticksI started eating around 12:30 pm this afternoon and finished eating at 7:30 pm, so roughly about 7.5 hours of eating today!

To start off my day of eating I had some “Hickory Sticks” (see photo to the right).  Before this box that I picked up at Aldi, I haven’t had them since I was a kid.  Addictive little things!

2022-11-30b - LasagnaFor my main lunch meal today I had some “Lasagna” (see photo to the left).  I also included four slices of Aldi low-cal bread with some peanut butter spread.  Quite a delish combo I must say!

2022-11-30c - Diet CokeTo wash all this down I had a “Diet Coke” (see photo to the right).  I don’t have any regular Coke on had, so this will have to do… 🙂

2022-11-30d - Donut & ChocolatesFor my lunchtime dessert I had one of the donuts I made the other day and some chocolates that I picked up at Aldi (see photo to the left).

2022-11-30e - SaladI haven’t been eating the best since I started this diet, so I thought I would have a BIG salad to start off my evening meal (see photo to the right).

2022-11-30f - McDonaldsMy daughter wanted some McDonald’s this evening, so I picked up something while I was there as well.  I usually get the “Big Mac” meal, but tonight I had a “Fish Fillet” (see photo to the left).

2022-11-30g - Peanut Butter CupsTo finish off my day of eating I had a couple of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chilled and lovely right out of the freezer (see photo to the right).

Rule #2: During the 16 hours I am fasting I am allowed zero calorie beverages like tea and coffee with some creamer.  I am also allowed zero calorie sodas and water of course.
I had a couple of cups of coffee with sugar-free vanilla creamer this morning and another one before I went to bed this evening.

Rule #3: Each day I will have my daily vitamins.
Daily vitamins today?  Check!

Rule #4: I will drink at least 3 cups of water each day.
Yes, I drank 3+ cups of water throughout the day today.

Rule #5: I will exercise for 30 minutes each day, alternating between: cardio, weights, and abs workouts.
This evening I had a nice 30 minute cardio session on my rowing machine while I watched the evening news.  Nothing too elaborate…just getting into a daily workout routine at the moment.
