I weighed in at 343.9 lbs. this morning (see photo to the left). This means that I’m actually up 0.4 lbs. since yesterday, and alas, up 0.5 lbs. since this “IM Diet” began!
Here’s how I did today!
Rule #1: I can only eat for 8 hours a day maximum. This means that I will be fasting for a minimum of 16 hours each day.
I started eating at around roughly 12:30 pm this afternoon and finished eating at about 7:30 pm = < 8 hours!
I started off today’s eating with some “Bugles” (see photo to the right) as my main meal of chicken & fries cooked in the air fryer..
Still looking for that “Bit of Crunch”, I had some “Hickory Sticks” (see photo to the left) as well till the air fryer said that my main meal was ready.
So, for lunch today I had a delightful meal of “Chicken & Fries”, pretty well the same thing that I had yesterday (see photo to the right). There are all sorts of condiments that I could have had, but ketchup always seems to work it onto my plate.
Time for dessert! First up, some “Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups” (see photo to the left). I put them in the freezer as that really provides a nice cool and crunchy taste.
Next up? An “Ice Cream Bar” (see photo to the right). These are so convenient! Just rip off the wrapper and indulge!
Now onto my evening meal. I started off with a handful or two of “Peanuts” (see photo to the left). I love peanuts, but the problem is that I can eat so many of these caloric little creatures! I have to be careful. At least I don’t drink much beer or I would really be in trouble.
I sure am into soup these days, so that was up for dinner this evening. You can see the “Tomato Soup & Bread” I had in the photo to the right.
Still hungry, I had an “Egg White Sandwich” (see photo to the left). I put the cheese slice on the bread and the egg white on top of that. This works great at melting the cheese, but the egg white can be so slipper that it will often slide off.
Time for dessert! I had a donut stick and some Knoppers (see photo to the right).
Rule #2: During the 16 hours I am fasting I am allowed zero calorie beverages like tea and coffee with some creamer. I am also allowed zero calorie sodas and water of course.
I had a cup of coffee with creamer this morning and another one before I went to bed this evening.
Rule #3: Each day I will have my daily vitamins.
Daily vitamins today? Check!
Rule #4: I will drink at least 3 cups of water each day.
I drank 3 cups of water throughout the day today. You can see a big mug of water with ice in the photo to the left.
Rule #5: I will exercise for 30 minutes each day, alternating between: cardio, weights, and abs workouts.
This evening I did 30 minutes of ab contractions on the LazyBoy in the living room. It’s been a while since I’ve done ab work, so it was hard. I had to take many breaks between the contractions!
