This morning the scale told me that I broke the 340 lbs. barrier as I weighed in at 339.9 lbs. (see photo to the left). This means that I’m down 0.4 lbs. since yesterday, and down 9.9 lbs. overall.
I felt like having some “Fries & Ketchup” this morning (see photo to the right). The air fryer makes something like this quick and easy and most importantly, low-fat.
Still hungry, I had a nice “Potato Salad” (see photo to the left). Lots of pickles! Some peppers too. Oh, and of course just a touch of lite mayo.
My “goto” dessert as of late is “Oatmeal” (see photo to the right). Just add hot water to the oatmeal, and after it moistens up, add some blueberries and the low-cal Walden Farms caramel topping. Delish!
My wife made some lasagna for the kids this afternoon, so I had some as well. This version is “Cheese” (see photo to the left). The general consensus was that it was not as good as the “Meat” version that we had yesterday.
Lettuce goes well with lasagna, so I had a delish wrap as well (see photo to the right). A bit of hummus, some pickles, jalapeno peppers, lots of lettuce. Wrap it up and you are good to go.
I was looking for something crunchy this evening, so I found these “Siracha Chips” in the pantry (see photo to the left). They were hot! Not sure how much of a seller they are. “Screamin” the packaging says.
As an extra special treat this evening I had a “Candy Apple” (see photo to the right). They were on sale at Harris-Teeter, a leftover from the Halloween event.
To finish up this evening’s eating, I had some ice cream (see photo to the left). I’m not exactly sure what flavor it was, but it sure was pretty. Marketed mostly to kids given the “llama” on the packaging… 🙂
For exercise today I played soccer and basketball with my son in the front yard. I’m gradually getting back to the exercise regime, which is good.
Let’s see what the scale has to say about my day tomorrow morning. See you then!
