My weight is up this morning, as is to be expected after today’s eating spree! I weighed in at 343.2 lbs. (see photo to the left). This means that I am up 0.6 lbs. since yesterday, but I’m still down 7.5 lbs. overall.
Well, I’m off to another bad day of eating. I got into the “Pistachio Nuts” (see photo to the right) this morning. I just love the fact that they are crunch, but kinda soft when you compare them to other types of nuts like peanuts or cashews. Lovely!
I had a rather “Big Breakfast” this morning after the pistachio nuts (see photo to the left). Turkey bacon with some leftover hash browns that my wife made yesterday. I also threw a couple of pancakes into the toaster, and topped it with some maple syrup and a dollop of whipped cream. Lovely!
We decided to have a movie day this afternoon. I went to Chick-Fil-A to get take out for the family. My wife and I had the “Cobb Salad” (see photo to the right). The kids had a kids meal.
“Mountain Dew”, the zero calorie option, was the choice of drink to wash that cobb salad down. (see photo to the left). I think I like the name “Mountain Dew” more than a do the taste, and definitely more than I do the color.
While I was out getting the main meal for today I stopped off and got some “Krispy Kreme” donuts as well (see photo to the right). I had a couple of these for dessert. One of the sour cream and one of the chocolate filled ones. I asked the guy at the drive thru to give me one of each, but as you can tell it was not to be. Oh well, it is what it is…
“Fruit Gummies” were up next on the eating agenda(see photo to the left). That little bit of gummy “pushing back” while you tried to eat them was fun! Only red and orange ones in this package… What’s up with that?
Still not to be outdone, I decided to have an “Ice Cream Sandwich” to top things off (see photo to the right). The kids seem to be into these these days. I remember that I bought a box of them a few months ago and they just seemed to sit in the freezer forever!
I was certainly not too hungry this evening. How could I be with that “mess” of food I had today. I had a rather simple dinner to close off the day of eating. Some “Frosted Flakes & Banana” (see photo to the left).
Does walking to the car and going to get Chick-Fil-A and Krispy Kreme Donuts mean that I got exercise today? Probably not…
So, that’s it for today. I fear that tomorrow will be another “up day” as far as the scale goes. Oh well, it is what it is…
