This morning I weighed in at 339.7 lbs. (see photo to the left). This means I actually gained 1/2 lb. since yesterday, but I’m still down 10.10 lbs. overall.
I thought that I would try something a bit different for breakfast this morning. How about “Potatoes With Cream Corn & Tuna” (see photo to the right). Delish!
There are a lot of bags of “Doritos Screamin’ Sriracha” (see photo to the left) lying around the house these days since I’m the only one who likes hot food.
For lunch I had some of my “famous” (to me) wraps. On this one I had some corn and pickles with potatoes (see photo to the right). I find that sweet potatoes adds quite a bit of flavor and with it you don’t need any hummus or sauce.
For dinner this evening I continued with the “Sweet & Regular Potatoes” regimen (see photo to the left). The sweet potatoes goes well with a dish of regular baked potatoes. Once cooked, if cool, just pop them into the microwave for a few minutes and you’re good to go.
This evening I had a “Dinner Wrap”, which you can see in the out of focus photo to the right. Lettuce and peppers and pickles, with some shredded cheese added extra flavor.
As an extra special dessert this evening I had some of the “Llama Ice Cream” that I picked up for the kids (see photo to the left). Quite sweet. More of an ice cream that you would pick up for a birthday party, but quite good.
I did get some exercise in today! 30 minutes on the rowing machine while I watched the news. I’m back into the exercise routine now. Let’s keep it up shall we?
