Day #0081 (Wed., Mar. 22, 2023) – McDonald’s Breakfast

2023-03-22 - McDonaldsThis morning I weighed in at 344.10 lbs. This means that I’m up 2.5 lbs. since yesterday, but I’m still down 3.5 lbs. overall.

Real estate agents came over to see our house this morning so I needed to get out. I ended up going to McDonald’s for breakfast (see photo to the right). As you can tell, I got the “Big One”.  Hot cakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, and a biscuit.  I washed it down with a large coffee with two creams and two sugars.  Not the healthiest breakfast around, but it sure was tasty.

Here’s what I had to eat today:

  • McDonald’s “Big Breakfast” (see photo to the right).
  • Coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar.
  • Chicken salad sandwich.
  • Potato chips.
  • Cheddar cheese.
  • Coffee with oat milk.

So, there goes another day of not eating the best.  I’m going on vacation the week after next, so I’m sure I won’t be eating well then either.  I’m going to need to go to the gym when I get back.
