This morning the scale beamed back the horrible number 342.1 lbs. So, the good news is that I’m down 1.8 lbs. since yesterday, and down 5.5 lbs. overall.
The photo to the right shows how I started off my day today, a nice big plate of chocolate chip pancakes. Three of them to be exact. Walden Farms zero calorie carmel syrup and some whipped cream finished off the dish.
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Three pancakes (see photo to the right).
- Diet cola.
- Turkey and cheese wrap.
- Diet cola.
- Baked potato.
- Whole bag of potato chips (not my greatest moment!).
- Two chocolate chip cookies.
- Coffee with oat milk.
So, as before, I started off the day good, but went off the tracks by evening… I’ve got to figure out how to fix these late night sugar cravings!
