I weighed 338.4 lbs. this morning (see photo to the left). This means that I am down 2.2 lbs. since yesterday, and 0.0 lbs. since I started the diet 75 days ago…
I started off today with some “Soup & Toast”. For a bit of a change today I had some guacamole that I found lying around in the fridge (see photo to the right). I usually buy it for my wife, but today I thought that it would be a nice change. It was good! Avocado toast is what I guess you call it.
Instead of ice cream or cookies I thought I would have a couple of healthy “Oranges” for my morning dessert (see photo to the left).
For lunch I had some “Hash Browns & Corn” (see photo to the right) with a decent amount of ketchup. Quite a delicious combo if I do say so myself. I put them into the air fryer and the corn adds that bit of moisture when the hash browns get a bit “dried out”.
I washed the hash browns with some “Cheerwine” (see photo to the left). I think this might be a southern drink because I don’t remember having it anywhere else in my travels.
For my mid-day dessert today I had an Aldi “Truffle” (see photo to the right). It added that delicious blast of chocolate that I needed to give me some afternoon energy. The box says that this one is called “Mousse au Chocolate”.
I had to go pick up the boy at school this afternoon, but when I got out the door I took a “Bacon & Cheese Sandwich” (see photo to the left). Quick little snack, no spread or nothing.
My evening meal was not the best as I got into the “Pizza” that I made for the family. I suppose if there is any silver lining, at least the pizza was relatively healthy, with spinach & feta cheese (see photo to the right).
When I was out shopping the other day my boy asked me if I could pick up some “Frosted Flakes”. I decided that I would have some with a banana and a bit of milk (see photo to the left). Kind of a dessert I suppose that you could say.
I’m not sure exactly why, but I was hungry this evening. I thought I would have some “Soup & Bread” as an evening snack (see photo to the right).
Looking for some dessert, I decided to have an “Ice Cream Sandwich” (see photo to the left). I got these for the kids, but they won’t miss one, will they… 🙂
So, that’s it for today’s eating. Not the best, but not all that bad either. Let’s see what the scale has to say about it tomorrow morning!
I’m starting to feel much better. It looks like this “Brain Fog” I’ve been having as of late is waning… Perhaps from COVID? Not sure… At any rate, I’m starting to think about incorporating some exercise into my days, which would be great.
