My weight was up a bit today. I weighed in at 333.70 lbs., meaning it is up 0.6 lbs., but I’m still down by 13.9 lbs. since this diet began.
I didn’t eat or weigh myself till late this afternoon. I was hoping that my weight would dip to below yesterday’s weigh in weight, but it was not to be… Alas, I’m up 0.6 lbs., but this doesn’t necessarily mean that I’m not still losing weight. Weight fluctuates, and perhaps today is just one of those days.
When I did eat I decided to make some turkey meatballs (see photo to the right). I added some psyllium husks to the mixture of turkey meat as I want to make sure that I’m getting enough fiber. A salad underneath and some mustard on top and you’re good to go.
Still working through “The Life Plan”. I’m up to the chapter where he talks about the various foods that you can eat. The fact that I have to give up fatty foods like bacon and such is not ideal for me, but if it will help me get into shape…
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Turkey meatballs, salad with feta cheese (see photo to the right).
- Belle Via carbonated drink.
- Four eggs with ghee.
- Shrimp & Bacon.
- Coffee with some cream.
