This morning I weighed in at 342.5 lbs. (see photo to the left). This means that I’m actually up 0.6 lbs. since yesterday, but fortunately down 0.9 lbs. since I started this diet.
Here’s how I did today!
Rule #1: I can only eat for 8 hours a day maximum. This means that I will be fasting for a minimum of 16 hours each day.
I started eating just after noon today and finished eating at 8:00 pm. Cutting it close, but still slightly under 8 hours!
A “Kipper Sandwich” sure hit the spot this morning (see photo to the right). So tasty that I actually had two of these…
Can you believe that I was still hungry? I had two “Burritos” (see photo to the left) and that sure did the trick to fill me up.
Well, when I said “fill me up” I still had room for dessert… 🙂 Enter the “Mint Chocolate Chip Yogurt” into the mix (see photo to the right).
I didn’t have any “Boo Berry Cereal” this morning, so let’s solve that problem now shall we (see photo to the left)?
For my main meal this evening I had a delicious “Steak Dinner” (see photo to the right). I picked up this chop steak at Harris-Teeter this evening and it sure hit the spot. Add some potatoes and a nice salad and you can’t go wrong!
For dessert this evening I had a double-feature. To start off, some “Waffles With Whipped Cream” (see photo to the left).
The second part of this double-feature was an “Ice Cream Cone” (see photo to the right). That’s it! I’m done for eating today!
Rule #2: During the 16 hours I am fasting I am allowed zero calorie beverages like tea and coffee with some creamer. I am also allowed zero calorie sodas and water of course.
I had a cup of coffee with creamer this morning and a Diet Coke with lunch and again at dinner time. I also had another cup of coffee with sugar-free creamer this evening just before bed.
Rule #3: Each day I will have my daily vitamins.
Daily vitamins today? Affirmative!
Rule #4: I will drink at least 3 cups of water each day.
Affirmative! I drank 3 cups of water throughout the day today.
Rule #5: I will exercise for 30 minutes each day, alternating between: cardio + weights, and cardio + abs workouts.
This evening I did a 30 minute workout on the rowing machine in the living room while I watched the evening news. I didn’t do a dumbbell workout, but I did so many chest moves during my rowing session I didn’t think I needed it.
