Daily Option #4) [No potatoes] + [Only one of these mentioned below (as many times as you want) during the day] + [one salad] + [one 100 calorie dessert].

a) Egg white sandwich: two slices low calorie bread, egg whites, slice cheese, deli meat.

b) Burrito wrap: one large low calorie wrap, egg whites or deli meat, lettuce.

The following condiments are allowed each day: ketchup, mustard, salsa, 1 tablespoon lite mayo/relish/ketchup dressing.

Here’s how I did today!

Rule #1: I can only eat for 8 hours a day maximum.  This means that I will be fasting for a minimum of 16 hours each day.
I started eating at 12:10 pm this afternoon and finished eating at 7:00 pm = < 8 hours!

I had two burritos for lunch today.  Beans, corn, and some potatoes with greens wrapped up in a low-cal burrito (see photo to the right).  So delish that I actually had two of them!

For my lunch time dessert I had some potato sticks with a diet coke (see photo to the left).  I mean if this combo is good enough for Warren Buffet it’s good enough for me.  He’s rich and can afford anything he wants, and he chooses this!  Bring it on!

My evening meal was not all that healthy, but let’s see how it goes in terms of losing weight.  I mean I’m following the IM diet, so it can’t be that bad for me?  Right?  The scale doesn’t lie so we’ll see how it goes.  This evening I had some chicken tenders with fries and plenty of ketchup (see photo to the right).

I can actually drink regular calorie soda when I’m within my 8 hour eating window, but I had this zero calorie Pepsi and “down it went” (see photo to the left).  A perfect companion to chicken & chips & ketchup!

To finish off today’s eating I had a piece of lemon cake for dessert (see photo to the right).  This last food item went down just before 7 pm, so less than 8 hours of eating for me today!

I had a cup of coffee with creamer this morning and another one before I went to bed this evening.

I drank 3 cups of water throughout the day today.

Rule #5: I will exercise for 30 minutes each day, alternating between: cardio + weights, and cardio + abs workouts.
This evening I was planning on having a rowing session on my rowing machine, but I ended up playing soccer and basketball outside with my son for 30 minutes this evening.  Good cardio workout!
