This morning I weighed 339.0 lbs., so I’m up 2.6 lbs. since yesterday, which means I’m down 8.6 lbs. overall.
I took a break from dieting today as I took my son out for a day of activities. We ended up at McDonald’s (see photo to the right) and “yadda, yadda, yadda”… I got both a Big Mac and a Fish Fillet (see photo to the right). Not the best of meals, but it sure was tasty.
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Big Mac & Fish Fillet (with fries).
- Coke.
- Moon Pie.
- Twizzlers.
- Ravioli.
- Moose Tracks Ice Cream.
- Potato Chips.
- Coffee With Milk.
Not the best of day of eating for me, but it was a “free day”, if can call it that. Best to stay away from “free days” when you can, but it is what it is…
