I didn’t eat this morning, but this afternoon, when I weighed myself before eating, I weighed in at 333.1 lbs. This means that I’m down 1.1 lbs. since yesterday, and 14.5 lbs. overall.
I had a number of great things to eat today, but one of my favorite dishes as of late is air fried peas (see photo to the right). Salads are great, but sometimes it’s great to have warm veggies as well.
Here’s what I had to eat today.
- Large salad, onions, bacon.
- Belle Via carbonated drink.
- Steak and onions.
- Shrimp and air fried peas (see photo to the right).
- Belle Via carbonated drink.
- Coffee with cream.
I’m happy that I’m able to still lose weight. Even a little bit each day helps. Once I’m done reading “The Life Plan” I will implement his eating regimen, but as long as I’m losing weight I’m good to go for now…
