Surprise! Surprise! My weight was up this morning at 344.10 lbs. Ouch! This means I’m up a whopping 5.1 lbs. since yesterday, but fortunately I’m still down 3.5 lbs. overall.
The Potato Ball in the photo to the right looks delish don’t you think? It was, but it sure didn’t look like much going into the air fryer. The recipe was simple enough. Two mashed potatoes, shredded cabbage, with a bit of hot sauce. Form into a ball and cook in the air fryer for 25 minutes. It was nice and crunchy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside.
Today, like yesterday, started off great, but it’s the evenings for me where things fall apart. Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Two potato balls with shredding cabbage and hot sauce (see photo to the right).
- Diet cola.
- Two more potato balls with various spices and nutritional yeast.
- Another diet cola.
- Way too much chocolate (again).
- Way too many potato chips!
Ughh… I’ve got to get away from these bad evening eating habits!
The scale will surely beat me up tomorrow morning!
