I weighed in at 341.9 lbs. this morning (see photo to the left). This means that I’m down 0.2 lbs. since yesterday, and 1.5 lbs. since I started this diet.
Here’s how I did today!
Rule #1: I can only eat for 8 hours a day maximum. This means that I will be fasting for a minimum of 16 hours each day.
I started eating shortly after noon, and finished eating around 7:15 pm, so that’s what… 7 1/4 hours, right? Well within the 8 hour time frame!
Let’s talk about food shall we? I started today’s eating with some “Boo Berry Cereal” (see photo to the right).
Next up? A “Baloney Sandwich” (see photo to the left). Bet you didn’t see that coming did you? I haven’t had one of these since I was a kid, and just had a hankering for one. I must admit that it didn’t taste as good as it did when I was a kid… 🙂
I had a rather strangle little dessert for a change today. Some “Potato Chips” (see photo to the right). I had a tube of Pringles that I needed to finish off, so today’s the day!
A couple of hours later I was hungry again, so I turned to a rather unique combo of “Potatoes & Tuna & Beets” (see photo to the left). This is the type of meal that I had when I was a kid, and it was quite good actually.
So I had this container of “Peanuts” just sitting next to the LazyBoy, right? And it was calling my name, right? So, down they went (see photo to the right)!
We have these “Bars” hanging around the house that we bought for the kid’s school lunches (see photo to the left). They don’t seem to like them, so it’s up to daddy to get rid of them. I downed these two bars next!
That “Boo Berry Cereal” I had this morning was so delish that I had to do a repeat (see photo to the right). Equally delish!
I wanted to have something healthy so I downed a “Salad & Cheese Sandwich” next (see photo to the left). Actually, I had a couple of these tasty cheese sandwiches..
For my final item on the menu this evening I turned to “Grapes” (see photo to the right). These ones that I picked up at Walmart the other day were really plump and delish. So much so that my boy likes them as well.
Rule #2: During the 16 hours I am fasting I am allowed zero calorie beverages like tea and coffee with some creamer. I am also allowed zero calorie sodas and water of course.
I had a cup of coffee with sugar-free creamer this morning and another one before I went to bed this evening.
Rule #3: Each day I will have my daily vitamins.
Daily vitamins today? Check-A-Go-Go!
Rule #4: I will drink at least 3 cups of water each day.
Affirmative! I drank 3 cups of water throughout the day today.
Rule #5: I will exercise for 30 minutes each day, alternating between: cardio + weights, and cardio + abs workouts.
I got my exercise in this morning, which is great! 30 minutes on the rowing machine. No weights though.
