This morning I weighed in at 339.0 lbs. (see photo to the left). This means that I’m down 0.2 lbs. since yesterday, and am down 10.8 lbs. since I started this phase 95 days ago.
This morning I thought that I would start things off with an “Egg White Sandwich & Banana” (see photo to the right). I had the banana after the sandwich, which is not totally apparent by the photo.
My mid-morning snack as I was out the door was some “Bread & Pear” (see photo to the left). Two slices of the blueberry bread and two slices of the cinnamon bread, both of which I get from Aldi. The chaser was the banana.
I didn’t really have lunch today per see, but I always have time to snack, right? The photo to the right shows the chips that I pick up at Aldi.
Oh, and I also had this tiny little “Chocolate” (see photo to the left). I got these from Aldi and they are only about 50 calories per piece, so it’s not too bad if you only have one or two. A bit of everything. A little crunchy wafer, some creamy filling, and a dark chocolate coating. Lovely!
Time for a nice dinner this evening. I opted for a “Pizza & Salad” (see photo to the right). The pizza of choice was a frozen Neapolitan, frozen before, but not when I ate it… 🙂 Lots of goodies in the salad with a little bit of lite mayo to help it go down. Can you see the little grape leaf wraps? I had three of them!
Right after my pizza and salad I had a banana (see photo to the left). I’m doing pretty good on the fruit consumption today.
The last item on the agenda today is one of my favorite desserts as of late. Simple, quick, but yet still tasty. you can see it in the photo to the right, oatmeal, with some blueberries and a bit of Walden Farms low-calorie caramel syrup. Delish! Simply Delish!
I did get a bit of exercise this evening. I went outside and “threw some hoops” for about 30 minutes with the kids. It’s great to have exercise back into my daily routine.
