Bright and early this morning I weighed in at 344.1 lbs. This means that I’m down a bit, 0.2 lbs., since yesterday and down 3.5 lbs. overall since this diet began.
I was watching a YouTube video about a Sumo Wrestler, and he was saying what a great dish “Chanko Nabi” was… Mostly vegetables, but some meat and rice as well. I thought that I would make my own version (see photo to the right).
I was suffering quite a bit today due to allergies, so I didn’t really get many times, but when I did, it was “Chanko Nabi” with some tuna and rice. Here’s a roundup…
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Chanko Nabi, canned tuna, and rice.
