My weight was up this morning at 340.30 lbs. Ouch! This means I’m up another 1.9 lbs. since yesterday, but fortunately I’m still down 7.3lbs. overall.
So, I’ve got to get back to my healthy eating ways, starting “tomorrow”. While I was out shopping today I picked up some oat milk (see photo to the right). Unsweetened, it comes in at only 45 calories per cup, and I really like it in my coffee. I’m going to try to minimize the amount of calories I get from sugar moving forward. I might still continue to use sugar-free jam on my bread, we will see.
Here’s that I had today:
- Chicken burger with some mayo, a slice of cheese, and lettuce.
- Diet Dr. Pepper.

- Potato chips.
- Cinnamon bun.
- Klondike bar.
- Coffee with sugar-free creamer.
