This morning the scale said I weighed 336.4 lbs. So I’m down 1.5 lbs. since yesterday, and 11.2 lbs. overall.
I found a new special food which I actually love. It’s “Sweet Potato Toast”, or simply “Sweet Potato Bread” if you don’t toast it (see photo to the right). It’s got that unique combination of chewiness (and crunch if you toast it), and the heartiness and sweetness of the sweet potato. Delish!
Here’s what I had to eat today:
- Big Breakfast with pancakes.
- Coffee with regular milk.
- Sweet Potato Toast (see photo to the right).
- Cheese Curls.
- Banana.
- Potato Chips.
- Fish & Chips.
- Moose Tracks Ice Cream.
- Potato Chips.
- Peanut Butter Cups.
I went “off track” this evening… Let’s see how much “pain” the scale records tomorrow morning when I jump on it.
