2023-02-23 - Great Big BreakfastThis morning I was up a bit from yesterday, by 0.2 lbs. in fact. This means I weighed in at 337.9 lbs. I’m down 9.7 lbs. overall though.

I’ve mentioned my “Big Breakfasts” in the past, right? Well, I decided that I would have the same thing this morning, but throw a bowl of my vegetable stew into the mix for good measure. I’ve decided to coin this my “Big Breakfast +”, and you can see one of them in the photo to the right.

Here’s what I had to eat today:

  • Big Breakfast + (see photo to the right).
  • Diet cola.
  • 2 slices of Keto bread with PB2.
  • 2 slices of Keto bread with sweet potatoes.
  • Diet cola.
  • Banana.
  • Coffee with oat milk.

I tried something new today, sweet potatoes on Keto bread.  Quite tasty actually.  I’m going to be eating a lot of this moving forward I feel.
